Machine learning sits at the intersection of programming and statistics. Machine learning explores the study and development of algorithms that can gain from and make predictions on data. Within the field of data analytics, machine learning is a technique used to devise complex models and algorithms that loan themselves to expectation. These diagnostic models permit researchers, data scientists, engineers, and investigators to “deliver reliable, repeatable decisions and results” and reveal “shrouded insights” through learning from authentic relationships and patterns in the data

To attend this course you must have hands-on, the experience of object-oriented programming, ideally, Python and experience in other languages, including R, have been very successful. If you are not fully familiar with such topics, please make sure you have some practice before the course starts.
